Terms of service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These four policies govern the relationship between the Printing Master online store and its customers. Each policy is published on a separate page of the store and linked from the website footer and the checkout page. These policies have been prepared with regard to the laws and regulations in force in the Sultanate of Oman, including the Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations, the regulations governing e-commerce, and the Personal Data Protection Law.

By completing an order through the store, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and policies. The customer's electronic consent constitutes acceptance of the terms applicable to the order, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Sultanate of Oman.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in Omani Rials. Any statutory taxes or fees, if applicable, are applied in accordance with the regulations in force in the Sultanate of Oman and are shown to the customer either within the price or before payment is completed, as applicable.
  • Shipping fees and any customisation costs are clearly shown on the checkout page, and the final total is displayed before payment.
  • Orders with a price listed on the website are paid in full at the time of purchase through the AmwalPay electronic payment gateway.
  • Orders that require a special quotation due to quantity, the nature of the work or customisation: the store may request an advance payment of 50%, or as stated in the quotation, with the remaining balance payable before delivery or shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment may be made by bank transfer or any other payment method accepted by the store.
  • An order is confirmed once the required amount has been received, whether in full or as an advance payment, depending on the nature of the order or the quotation. For customised orders, the production period does not begin until the required payment has been received, the design has been approved, and all information and files needed for production have been provided.
  • Payments are processed through a secure, licensed payment gateway, and the store does not keep any bank card details.

Product Descriptions

  • The specifications of each product are clearly shown on its page, including size, material, print type and quantity.
  • Slight differences in colour shades may appear between the design shown on screen and the final product, due to differences in screen settings, colour systems, the printing or production method, and the type of material. Slight, technically accepted differences are not considered a defect in the product.
  • The full ordered quantity will normally be delivered, and any expected technical variance for a particular product will be explained to the customer before ordering. If there is a shortfall, it will be completed or its value refunded in coordination with the customer, and no charge will be made for any surplus that was not ordered.
  • The minimum order quantity varies by product and production method, and is stated on the product page or in the quotation before the order is confirmed.

Customised Orders

A customised order is any product that is produced, prepared or customised according to the customer's requirements, including the design, text, logo, size, colour or type of customisation. This includes printed materials, promotional products, brand identity items, printing, embroidery and other customised products.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data, information and files provided to the store, including texts, names, phone numbers, dates, logos, colours, quantities, sizes, print or embroidery positions, QR codes or barcodes, and any other order-specific details.
  • The customer confirms and warrants that they hold the rights, licences and approvals needed to use, print and reproduce any design, logo, trademark, trade name, image, text or other content they provide to the store, or that they have permission from the rights holder to use it. The customer is responsible for any claim, complaint or dispute relating to third-party intellectual property rights arising from the materials they provide, to the extent permitted by law.
  • The store may refuse or suspend any order containing content that violates the laws in force in the Sultanate of Oman, public morals or the rights of others. If design or preparation work has been carried out before the reason for refusal is discovered, the amount paid will be handled according to the order's stage and the costs actually incurred, without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights.
  • Files provided must be of a quality and format suitable for the printing or production method. High-resolution PDF, AI or PNG files are preferred where appropriate. If a file's quality is insufficient, the customer will be informed before production begins, and the store is not responsible for poor results caused by the file provided if the customer asks to proceed after being notified.

Design Approval (Proof)

  • If the customer prepares or uploads their own design through the website, and the preview clearly reflects the final file, confirming the order counts as final approval of the design and as confirmation that the customer has reviewed all texts, names, numbers, sizes, colours, quantities, print or embroidery positions and other details shown in the preview.
  • If the design needs to be modified by the store, or the website preview is not sufficient for approval, a digital proof will be sent to the customer through one of the store's approved communication channels, such as WhatsApp, email or the electronic system in use. Production will not begin until the customer gives explicit, documented approval of the proof, such as a message saying "Approved" or "OK", or any similar electronic confirmation.
  • The customer's approval is kept with the order records for reference.
  • By approving the design, the customer confirms the accuracy of the content and details shown in the approved proof and is responsible for any errors in it, including spelling mistakes or errors in data, names, numbers, sizes, quantities or element positions. This does not cover any production error by the store that causes the final product to differ from the approved design.
  • The order price includes two minor revisions free of charge within the agreed design. Changing the design concept or making additional revisions will be priced according to the amount of work, and the customer will be informed of the price and must approve it before the work is carried out. Any error made by the store will be corrected free of charge.
  • If the customer does not respond to the proof within 7 days, the order will be put on hold, the hold period will not count towards the production period, and the production or delivery date will be rescheduled according to the production schedule once approval is received. If there is no response for more than 30 days, the store may cancel the order and refund the remaining amount, if any, after deducting the value of the agreed design or preparation work already carried out.

Production Time

  • The design, preparation and production time for each product is stated on its page or in the quotation. The production period begins once the required payment has been received, the design (if any) has been approved, and all information and files needed for the order have been received, not from the date the order was placed.
  • The stated production time is an estimate unless the store has confirmed a specific delivery date to the customer in writing. Production time may vary depending on the product type, quantity, nature of customisation, availability of materials and the production schedule, and the customer will be informed of any significant expected delay as soon as the store becomes aware of it.
  • Any delay caused by the customer does not count towards the production period, including delays in approving the design, making the required payment, or sending files, information or necessary approvals. The production date will be recalculated according to the production schedule once the requirements are completed.
